Investment Call

1. Project Build Own and Operate a Siemens 1X1 SCC-800 combined cycle Power Plant of
   89 MW, in Kavala Industrial Zone of GREECE.
   
   The necessary investment will be approximately 100 million EUR which will be covered by a
   15-year 100 million EUR bank loan of 4% annual interest.
   
   
   
2. Project Build Own and Operate a General Electric 1X1 combined cycle power plant of
   one 6F.03 gas turbine and of 135 MW electric output, in Kavala Industrial Zone.
   
   The necessary investment will be approximately 150 million EUR that it is considered in the
   present study as a sum of initial capital offer of 30 million EUR plus a 15-year bank loan of
   120 million EUR, of 4% annual interest.
